s08 - Conceptual Garment; Infinite Mentality Dress.

The concept of the dress is to give a limitation to a wearer.
They can choose to keep it the way it is, or break it apart to learn and adapt new things within them.

-Risk; breaking your own wall.

The only way for the sleeves to be active and functional, the wearer will have to cut it off in half- in which the raw edges of the fabric and lining will be expose and starting to fray as they ages. The wearer can either cut if off by themselves while not wearing a dress- or allowing the one they trust cutting it off for them while they are in it. 

-Burden; weakness to strength.

The strap and it’s shape is designs to give weight to the dress and obstruct the movement of the body. However, if utilized correctly- it can be transform into many functionality that can be useful for the wearer. The aesthetic & silhouette of the dress will also changes according to the way the strap is being adjusted. [3-9] A wearer can add a snap buttons on their desire part of the garment/strap to get the best use out of the part of their body that once slow them down.

Aesthetically, the strap will create it’s own spiral curves at it’s twisting point when it’s being used. [9-11]

Conceptually, once the strap is loop and lock across the back [7], it will no longer be possible for any others to slide down the zipper pull all the way down without a wearer consent. [See collage video]


-Comprehension of an existing object.

The regular invisible zippers pulls is now replaced by a T pin, which is best known for it it’s versatile T shape, making it very easy to grab on to. [12-13] The pin is also bend at an angle so that the fingertip can slide underneath the zipper pull easily. The wearer can also close the zipper themselves by tying a small string at the intersection point of the letter T and pull the zipper up independently. 

-Garment to life.

1. An individual will be free from their own cages only when they are able to face themselves and another at their most vulnerable states.
2. Once a person understood themselves throughly, they will be able to make full use of what they’re given, even from the things that are out of their comfort zone. The true understanding often happens when the restriction becomes a new paths. 
3. A new paths come a new discovery, however- it is still important to remember all the small little details from the past and making it better. Once the smaller details is not overlook, all that left to do is to move forward without any hesitation, or expectation at all. 

Without risks, no objects or ideas will contain value.
Without an understanding of the objects, the risks will contain no value.
Without an idea, there will be no risk, no value on anything at all.
